Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Faryonix Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Faryonix Solutions LLC provides software development, digital products, SaaS solutions, and content creation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables created specifically for them. We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the development process.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally:

• Deposits are required before work begins
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary materials, information, and access
• Ensure they have rights to any materials provided to us
• Adhere to agreed-upon timelines and communication protocols

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we make no warranties regarding uptime, performance, or suitability for specific purposes unless explicitly stated in the project agreement. Services are provided "as is" except as specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faryonix Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to perform services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are generally non-refundable except as specified in the project agreement.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Faryonix Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
